About Candace
A different body. A more capable person.
Why Candace Foster trains the way she trains — and who she built Candidly Fit for.
I got into training because fitness became about so much more than changing my body. It became a way for me to rebuild my confidence, discipline, and trust in myself. At first, I was focused on my own transformation — I wanted to feel stronger, look stronger, and become more comfortable in my body. But the more I learned about training, nutrition, strength, and how the body works, the more I realized how deeply connected physical transformation is to everything else.
The moment I knew I wanted to do this professionally was when I realized I didn’t just want to experience that transformation for myself. I wanted to help other people experience it without feeling ashamed, intimidated, or like they had to become someone else to be worthy of feeling good in their bodies.
When you start keeping promises to yourself in the gym, you start seeing yourself differently outside of it, too.Candace Foster
That belief shapes how I coach. I see training as stewardship — taking care of the body you were given, on purpose, and treating discipline as a form of respect rather than punishment. So I build strength, structure, and self-trust: structure you can hold onto, encouragement you can hear, and accountability that keeps you honest with yourself. That’s what makes the work last long after the workout ends.
